Why EnterCrypto exists
When most people first encounter cryptocurrency, they quickly run into two problems. The first is that most crypto content online is either written for people who already understand the technology, or produced by platforms with a financial interest in getting you to sign up, buy, or invest. The second is that the genuinely useful information — like why different wallets work on different blockchains, or what a gas fee actually is — is scattered across forums, YouTube videos, and Reddit threads that assume a level of knowledge most beginners don't yet have.
EnterCrypto was built to fill that gap. The goal is simple: give anyone who wants to learn about cryptocurrency a clear, honest, jargon-free starting point — without trying to sell them anything.
What we stand for
- Plain English, always. If we can't explain something clearly, we won't publish it. Crypto has enough unnecessary complexity without us adding more.
- Honesty over hype. We include honest caveats about the risks, the regulatory concerns, and the genuine limitations of every exchange, wallet, and blockchain we cover. If something has a known problem, we say so.
- No financial advice. We are not financial advisers and nothing on this site should be taken as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Crypto is highly speculative and the decision to invest is yours alone.
- Free, always. Every guide on this site is completely free to read. We do not sell courses, memberships, or investment signals.
How the site is funded
EnterCrypto is funded through advertising (Google AdSense) and may in future include affiliate links to exchanges and wallets we already recommend. If we ever include affiliate links, they will be clearly disclosed on the relevant pages. Our recommendations are not influenced by commercial relationships — we only link to platforms we would genuinely recommend to a friend.
Who is behind EnterCrypto?
EnterCrypto is an independent website based in Ireland, built by someone who has navigated the crypto space as a regular person rather than a technical expert — and who knows firsthand how confusing the early stages can be. This site is the resource I wished existed when I was starting out.
